I did it! I finally broke down and ordered Try The World!!!
Because I'm in love with travel, culture, and food, I have been so intrigued by this subscription box for quite some time now. Over Black Friday they ran a great deal that I couldn't pass up. As a result, I recently received the Holiday Box, The Spain Box, and the Paris Box.
This is a peak into the Holiday box.
Wait. Take a step back. Can we go back to the actual box before we get INTO the box? This box is... amazing! That feels like a silly thing to say, but seriously. The box is so sturdy and quality. The color is stunning. It's absolutely a box you can keep and reuse for storing/organizing/gift giving - anything! And mark my words, I will be keeping these. hehe.
So.. open up the lid and what do you find?
Inside the lid is the culture guide. What is the culture guide, you ask?
The culture guide explains each item in the box and where it comes from. There is also a key and you can look for certain symbols by each item.
For example:
* All natural or organic
* Traditional Recipe
* Sustainable Grown
* Family Business
* Supports Local Community
I love this! I love to know when I am supporting a small, family business, community, and sustainability, don't you!?
Also in the culture guide you will find recipes to inspire you to use your new ingredients, and playlists so you can get the ambience right too!
Okay, let's take a peek inside the 2015 Holiday Box!

I did not want to risk the jar of Brazilian Acaí Sauce rolling away and shattering. These berries are antioxidant powerhouses and I am curious to try this. Some ideas were on ice cream, yogurt, cookies, glazed over poultry... Hmm! YUM!
$6.95 for this jar.
